Since our establishment in 1998, we have been booking hotels for groups on behalf of travel organisations, coach companies and travel agencies.
We have an extensive network of 3- and 4-star hotels in almost all European countries.

What are the advantages of booking through us?
– We pay close attention to the price/quality ratio
– The terms and conditions must be attractive and workable, such as the period for free cancellation and payment terms
– Convenience: just give us a call or send us an email and we’ll get to work
– Time savings: you don’t have to search for yourself and negotiate prices and conditions
– you will receive an invoice from us and we will pay the hotel

We will send you a no-obligation proposal with two or three hotels, including a description of the hotels.
If you agree, you will receive a confirmation/contract from us and we will book the hotel.
We will notify you of any changes up to and including the day of departure.

In case of individual cancellations, even shortly before departure, we will do our utmost to avoid any costs. No costs for us, no costs for you!
Two weeks before departure, we will send you a confirmation email asking you to check your reservation.

Lodder Group Travel was founded in 1998.
From 1999 to 2008, he worked for a classic car rally organisation.

‘The 2000 Mile Trial’: Germany, Poland, Baltic States, Finland (Arctic Circle), Norway
‘Trial to the Nile’: Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Turkey, Syria, Jordan and Egypt
All rallies, every night for 240 people, including accommodation, food, drinks and security
Lodder Incoming was founded in 2019, and this activity will be discontinued in 2025.
